    Re: Zanussi sus units

Was only able to get the 132 type from local shop in Fuengirola to compare. Can confirm that peg hole is smaller on the 132 one. Guess that may be for the later sealed drums?

    Re: Zanussi sus units

Having looked closely it looks like the hole for the pegs is a different size.

Thinking back, some of these old stagers had a rod from back to front on either side secured with a small nut, has this got them?

Possibly worth checking for loose connections on the the heater ntc and main circuit board first.

Ignore the doorlock light and check HERE

    Same codes as your machine.

Would add that if it is F08 then I for one would not even go out to a machine showing this fault. 😉

A search of this forum for Indesit and eight flashes will give you some idea. :rolls:

Well the daughters wedding in April made a huge hole in the cruising budget. I have some good friends who live in Fuengirola and I am going to stay with them for just over a week. 🙂

Have booked a cruise to the Canaries in October though. 😉

    Re: Hotpoint dishwashers fires

I would say on average that there is a report of a fire caused by a domestic appliance at least once a month in the Oldham Chronicle, mainly tumble dryers.

Re: Hotpoint Aquarius SDW60 tripping mains as soon as plugge

Could be the mains filter, could also be the wiring from the mains filter up to the on/off switch.

Usually a failure of the filter shows physical signs of damage, black burn marks or cracks in the filter itself.

It is located at the point where the mains cable enters into the machine.

Not something I would advise a complete novice to attempt TBH.

That’s the best I can do without any proper model number. It’s a white handle, it looks like yours and it is for a Cordialle.

We are talking 20 year old Indesit here Martin, not the Queen, be sensible and give the OP your honest opinion. 😉

And the part is listed as obsolete on Partfinder.

I suspect that POL 08 will be too big, I think Martin is much nearer the mark with a POL 03.

A picture of the belt orientation for you.

    Re: Old Indesit WN1069WG Spider

No substitute, no chance of a used one, most would have corroded years ago and no one would strip one down for this part.

Putting a new one in would make much sense as giving a 90 year old a heart transplant. 🙁
