Take particular notice of what spin speed is set before you press the start button. Sometimes it will revert to a previous speed/temp setting .
Hmm, I have the exact same machine. Set it to an empty spin at 1600 to test. Display shows 15 minutes. After a couple minutes doing slow pulse spins it then spins at 800 for a minute, then 1200 for 2 minutes then ramps up to full speed for about 3 to 4 minutes. It switches off with 4 or 5 minutes left on the display which is normal.
If the load was badly out of balance the machine should switch of with a row of dashes blinking in the display. Tbh it would be very hard to get a full load of nappies to go OOB.
Apart from double checking what spin speed light is illuminated when you start the programme I don’t have any further suggestions atm. Any problems with the drain cycle should also give an error message.
The main circulation pump is a known weakness on these Indesit made machines. No water circulation would cause the heat sensor or ntc to register no rise in temperature and give that error message.
AFAIK, the pumps always used to run continuously on these dryers, not sure about more recent models.
