ModeratorWhen you get the F3 has the machine actually failed to drain? I’m just wondering if the CB tripping might be related to the motor and also giving spurious error messages. This early ISE machine had a brush gear FHP motor unlike the later machines which used an induction motor. Have you ever had the motor brushes changed on this machine. Even with modest use they would be near end of life after 12 years. When it is set to a spin cycle does it sound a little harsh or ‘crackling’ ?
The motor is quite easy to remove to allow the brushes to be inspected.iadom
ModeratorWould suggest that it was 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} a broken handle. Not as obvious on built in machines, I always managed to release them with very strong length of nylon cord slotted into the small gap around the door and pulled to the left. A bit of a toil but never failed to open one.

ModeratorThis must be quite an old machine looking at the tech. You can enter the diagnostics mode by doing the following.
1. Switch off the appliance. 2. Press and hold down START/PAUSE and any one of the option buttons simultaneously. 3. Holding down both buttons, switch the appliance on by turning the programme selector one position to the right (clockwise). 4. Continue to hold down the START/PAUSE and option buttons until the LED begins to flash (at least 2 seconds).
Then turn the main selector knob slowly to the 10th position from OFF and the End of Cycle and the Start/Pause light should start to flash. You need to count the flashes from each light ( End light first ). This will give you the error code.May 4, 2020 at 4:25 pm in reply to: Zanussi ZWC1301 Washing machine keeps beeping at the end of a wash cycle #468425iadom
ModeratorIf you have first checked the pump filter then if the outlet pipe is attached to the under sink plumbing then it could well have some obstruction. This should be relatively easy to check.

ModeratorWater in the machine when turned off is either a faulty inlet valve or poorly routed undersink plumbing that is allowing water to drain back into the machine. Do you mean quite a bit of water in the drum?

ModeratorCan you post up the full PNC or product number from the rating plate. It will help us to look up the correct info.
May 1, 2020 at 12:34 pm in reply to: Bosch washer working fine but not draining ONLY when on drying cycle #468376iadom
ModeratorIt could be a worn or weakening pump. Can you see the pump impellor with the filter removed? You should be able to turn the impellor round in quarter turn ‘flicks’. Does the impellor appear to have any loose or side to side movements? The reason they sometimes fail on drying cycle is due to running for much longer and seizing up.

ModeratorThis is the heater for your machine, although you should test yours for continuity and resistance first it is the most common cause of this error . https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/c00256527-dishwasher-heating-element

ModeratorLooks like a heater related fault, very common on these appliances.:(

ModeratorI think there was a post a couple of months ago with a report of this exact fault. Can’t find it ATM but I think the poster had this fault and even the Indesit engineers where having difficulty sorting the problem.:(

ModeratorYou should look at Miele if you want something as reliable as your old Bosch, BSH appliances are not what they used to be sadly.

ModeratorStill a bloody silly design to stick the mains plug on the pcb.
