ModeratorTotally different, those are for a Welling motor not a CESET.

You should be to turn the drum by hand with moderate force.

ModeratorChecking the end of the pipe under the sink is simple, my 4 year old granddaughter could do it. Just place something under the connection to catch any spillage and disconnect the end of the pipe to check for obstructions.

ModeratorHow is the drain outlet pipe connected, does it go into a standpipe or is it connected directly to undersink plumbing. I have seen small buttons or even coins get pumped right through on these machines and then block the hose were it is connected to the plumbing.. Have also had a small coin such as a five pence piece get stuck in the outlet hose just were it is connected to the drain pump. Not difficult to access on these. Carefully lean the machine back against a wall, get someone to hold it if possible. You can then easily remove the long bottom panel (two torx screws underneath) to access the pump and hoses.

ModeratorThis one should fit, possible to shorten it if it’s a little to long. https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/c00112691-washing-machine-drum-spring

ModeratorAs Dave has said, drain issues and water gurgling up that pipe are totally different issues. 3+4 flashing is a drain time out and not connected to the circulation issues. This machine has a valve assembly ( black doofer bolted to circulation pump housing) that diverts the water to the top arm only for certain programmes. If this valve is stuck or blocked it could give rise to your problems. TBH as this is an Indesit made machine that must be at least 10 years old, possibly even older I for one would not be putting a new circulation pump in it.

ModeratorAs Dave says check the water flow, sometimes the plastic taps jam and the plastic bit turns but the tap is not opened correctly. Take the pipe off the back of the machine and put the end into a bucket then turn on tap to see what the outflow is like.

ModeratorIn the pub atm so not sure if this will get through. A very common fault with exactly those symptoms.
