ModeratorYou could try an engineer search . https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/search/find-an-appliance-engineer

ModeratorNo βagentsβ as such but there are still quite a few engineers who will have a look at them. Where do you live?

ModeratorWhen you say the drum still rotates, is that when turned by hand or when set to a wash or spin programme?

ModeratorHow on earth could he tell the spider had gone without a strip down. Never heard of a drum spider/support failing on an ISE10 or an ASKO machine. Did he tie his horse up outside before removing his spurs? Where do you live, do you not have an ISE agent in your area? Sometimes a huge bang can be due to an extreme out of balance load. Even with the out of balance protection my ISE will occasionally jump now and again. What type of load was in the machine at the time?
PS. If he thinks it is the cheapest machine he has ever seen then he has not looked inside 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the machines made in the last 20 years. π

ModeratorThat looks like a Beko? That is the way I changed brushes on the ISE made by Beko 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time, plus most other Beko machines. π

ModeratorYou appear to be posting from Spain, that model is not sold in the UK so our technical information does not cover it sadly. π
November 26, 2018 at 5:25 pm in reply to: How high and what distance can vented tumble dryer hoses go. #459230iadom
ModeratorSimple answer, the vent hose should never go up in an outdoor situation or even indoors if next to an outside wall. The hose should always be level or go down and out, never up. What happens when hoses are vented upwards is that condensation forms inside the hose causing the fluff to stick to the sides and eventually blocks the hose. I have seen them totally full of water which has often run back into the dryer causing more damage. Unless you are prepared to remove the hose and hang it up to drain/dry after every use you should possibly consider a condenser dryer.

Moderatorπ There was one of those in the bag of more than 20 various seals I put on sale in the WTA shop a several months back, Β£25 for the whole lot, sadly no takers so they all went to landfill a month ago.
