Now your starting to think like me.
He is simple to defend against.
My old law professor always said to me, when pushed into the corner throw everything at it including next doors kitchen sink if necessary, but do it fast and hard.
With Ade we have a very some very important defences.
1, the laptop. He admits he owes the money, promises payment but it never arrives. If he starts, show the world in attendance the evidence. Bring a projector and put it on a biggest effing screen available. Let the membership see how he stole from their trade association.
2. There is a tape recording in existence from gas safe confirming he was not registered to undertake gas work but did in any event. Thats illegal. The evidence is kept secure but it is available. If necessary demonstrate it and again show the world what he is like, let’s see if they are happy about it.
3. Let all those in attendance see the facts and him for what he is and let them make up there own minds about him.
He plays a very dangerous game with the innuendo. Let’s deal in fact. His choice to play the game not ours.

Nobodys, it is the management team of the association whom are rejecting it, not an individual. If an individuals name is given your opening the door to some abuse, you know what he is like. This is a team decision is it not?

Which company did you invoice Chris?
Go Local Reactive Ltd is bust and is no longer although I was very successful in obtaining CCJ’s against them.
Go Local Repairs Ltd is the Phoenix of it and I am in the process of going through the process to get this company struck off to but that process has only just started so it will be a couple of months before I can get it shut down, wherein I fully expect Daniel to start another Phoenix from that one.
I am of the opinion that this is deliberate fraud against both customers and this industry as a pattern is forming here.
I intend to have the insolvency service take a look once some formalities have been completed next week or the week after.

New Applications

In another group I am involved with we do just this if the application AND payment occur in the two months prior to the annual subs being due.
Effectively as a bonus for new members they can get 14 months first year membership if they join and pay in June.
It only happens the first year and may encourage take up.
You have my vote on it and if it helps easy the admin burden for you, even better.

Only legal implications would be to obtain permission from any copyright holders if you are to use copies of handbooks etc.
Think of it a bit like a Haynes manual .

I fully appreciate the Rangemaster confidentiality and it will remain that way from me.
As you mention that specific manufacturer, I was asked a couple of weeks ago to review details of a contract being prepared by a certain WP whom were having a meeting to discuss taking on service work for the said named manufacturer.
Unfortunately I couldn’t oblige as I was in Spain at the time but the meeting was scheduled for last Thursday and went ahead as far as I know.
You may want to check with the manufacturer regarding it.
The WP were the guys driving yellow vans and 7ft screwdrivers.
Thought you should know.
