Review of Schedule 2 of the Controlled Waste Regulations

    It will never happen George!

Once you entertain having people who know what they are doing in the jobs then the 100 or so government employed current encumbants would be out of the jobs and the gravy train would stop.

    Regards to all

    Re: comet

Daniel, having made the song and dance about how good your business is, how it is thriving and grabbing all this Comet work (allegedly), then perhaps Daniel, would you care to explain how I can be in possession of this?

    :eeek:

oh yes and there are more on the way I can assure you, I am just prevented from publishing them until the allotted time for payment has passed.

This clearly demonstrates you are unable to settle your liabilities when they fall due, continued trading in this manner leaves you personally liable for a charge of false trading.

My next step is the HCEO and then I am after a Winding Up Petition. 😡

You carn’t run away from it Daniel 😈

Hardly surprising they don’t want to answer the phones, looks like the Bailiffs might be calling on them very soon, or worst still this can lead to a Winding Up Petition being presented in the very near future.

Tell the truth Daniel it will help you in the end.

I don’t know when exactly you received the summons so I don’t know, timing wise when in relation to receiving it you called, but yes i totally agree you called to resolve it; but NO you didn’t pay in full at all.

You paid the invoiced amount not the amount on the summons which was somewhat more wasn’t it?

You seem to glance over certain aspects of the facts in order to slant the view your way.

We agreed mutually to write some of the total debt off and we were happy at that point to accept it was a genuine error on your part, however it has subsequently become apparent that you owe many agents lots of money so in my opinion it wasn’t a genuine error, it’s a calculated and deliberate ploy to avoid paying until your absolutely forced to.

Given this, i think it is right and fair to all concerned whom you tout your business to on this site that those potential agents be aware of what you do and how you do it, then they can make an informed choice on whether or not to deal with you.

Let’s be frank, you came on here and tried to recruit, many came on to respond and the overall response from them was to report payment difficulties.

I have no axe to grind, we choose not to get involved with you any further service wise but historically I have assisted a hugh number of members get what they are due or defend them from bullies, it is well known I have specialist skills in this area and currently I am assisting members in relation to collecting debts you owe them.

This is not something I want to do and I can find better uses for my time to be honest but that is in your hands to deal with, pay those you owe the money the money you owe, nothing more or less and we can both get on with bigger and better things, don’t and you can expect me to be there helping those whom ask me to help.

Oh I do, he provided it as part of his defence to the proposed Court action we were taking at the time naming both you and him as joint defendants, you remember that don’t you or are you suggesting that didn’t take place either.

We have 2 epdq accounts so it’s not that reliable a bit of information really but yes publish it up here for us all to see please.

It’s interesting though as you admit you were in full receipt of the payment on or before the 20th December and it still took you another month and a Court Summons to pay up.

Customers bank statement shows you debiting his labour element of double that we charged you on the 14/12/11

It was the parts element taken on the 19/12/11.

And it took our solicitors trying to take you to Court to get paid a month later, does it seem like a recurring theme to you Daniel.

Be careful Daniel your making yourself look silly.

    I disagree

It’s everyone on heres concern if you use this site to recruit agents whom subsequently don’t get paid by you when they are supposed to,

For some, even for many on here funding your business risks their very own survival in this industry and they should know exactly what they are getting into.

It’s not there fault you have not been able to manage your business.

I will obtain the customers permission to produce his bank statement showing the payment to you, the day before your email to us instructing us to attend.

Your a liar Daniel, a simple liar.
