If its the direct drive version possibly erratic motor action ( ramping too fast ) due to a faulty ” hall ” sensor on the direct drive.

could be pump failure, they’re very prone to the lift pumps gunging up.

unfortunately your right access must be gained by either removing the tub or removing the sump. Neither is a job to be taken lightly or for the faint hearted.

I’m all for people ” having a go ” but in this instance without product knowledge and technical info on how to access the various components I think you’ll struggle.

might also be a misalignment of the magnet on the top of the door with the reed switch which operates the light when the door opens. Alarm may be ” door open “

on the front of the evap ( right at the top of the freezer comp ) theres a drop down flap hinged at both sides , put a scraper of flat bladed screwdriver between the top of the griull and the roof of the freezer and easy the flap down , you can now pop the right and left hinge pins out the holes in the liiner and remove the flap . The bottom of the evap housing can then be eased forward and down to remove it ( take care not to break the drain channel attached to the bottom cover which goes thro the rear of the freezer ) from there on in its fairly staight forward you can lower the evap and get access to the stuff behind.

Does that if one of the wires from the motor plug into the taco/stator or brushes is broken. Surprisingly this is a common fault the biggest culprits are the taco wires or the white wire going to the thermal fuse although the black brush wire sometimes breaks too .

just as an afterthought I have had customers accidently activate the child lock messing about with buttons trying to get the machine to start , might be worth a check first.
