I thought about the pocket jet, but plumped for the brother it is a thermal printer also, dimensions 210mm x 130mm x 18.5, you can print A6 or A7 and you gat pads of 50 sheets for about £3.00, rather than a roll of fax paper to feed in to the pentax.

There are 2 springs on the sw kit if you stretch the small one or find another slightlty stronger usualy does the trick, aslo put a screw between the 2 locating tabs as the sw’s were getting pushed inside and not operating. jj

Remove top cover, then remove right hand side panel remove console panel, push front panel outwards slip belt ond drum secure front panel and console, get the biggest screwdriver you can find and strecth belt via motor pulley with the screwdriver, turn drum while guiding belt onto pulley refit side panel and top cover, 10 mins should do it. It is only the 7kg machines that have a differant drum front half and rear half, i replace the 30 mm back half all the time with a 35 mm, the 30 mm bearings were fitted to all the 1400 spin and under machines, the 1600 spin all were fitted with 35 mm ones.

That model is a bit problematic it could be the module but i’ve had a load of system faults on them, them the divertor valve doesnt give much problems at all. jj
