ParticipantRe: Hotpoint Aqualtis seal clamp?
You should try changing a dispenser hose on the 11 kg machines, some smarty pants decided to fit a retaining screw on the front of the drum, making it a nightmare to remove, youve got to love Indesit design engineers ????

ParticipantRe: JTM struggling?
Got a strange phone call today out the blue from this guy jason@first4service.com
saying the WTA gave him my details about doing work for them on Bush ovens, and he would pass a couple of jobs onto me, i asked him to email me details first as i was busy, i then got a couple of automated phone calls with call details, as i was driving and in traffic i couldnt take them down looking at the email it looks like a JTM type operation with portals for looking up parts has anybody come across this company cheers JJ.johnnyj

I originally checked with Connect who said I can use a C00270972 module and advised it was programmed!
I fitted this module and obviously didn’t work.
When fitted the machine returned a f09, eprom/setup error.
I will see if I can get a module from EMW. Do you know if this is likely to have damaged the fascia PCB?If it is not programmed it will throw up an F09 fault, i think connect are telling porkies here.
