id suspect that the contacts in the heater relay have welded together. should get away with soldering in another.
    happens often on beko dishwashers

yes its the pcb. have replaced a few and keep them on van.
good news is that they aren’t expensive. your dishwasher is the same as a beko dw600. and dont be put off by it being a beko. i personally think they are the best value dishwasher to have.
smeg pcb are about £150 trade yours is about £16.

the diafragm on the switch in the sump is probably gunked up. its located on right side below filter cover. it is a mesh circular in shape. if you are lucky you could remove all water and then fill sump with boiling water from a kettle. give the gunge a chance to soften and the GENTLY agitate the mesh with a washingup brush.
it may just work. if not its best to replace the switch.

a possible solution is that the timer unit has burnt out. i only say this now because on thursday i came across this fault on a bosch range cooker. the connections to the timer had overheated and broken the circuit.
if you do need a timer i think the part number for yours is 423978.

Re: Beko – carbon brush uneven wear?

i had one couple of weeks ago. the carbons were in green holders. it did look like one was worn right down but in fact had got stuck. it took a bit more than usual effort to push it out.
