    Hi Grant I have never had to change pipe on an LG done a few on other makes, why did it not work is the pressure to high? I’ll drop of some drawings for it hope it helps.

    Grant I have had a few that spray over the left hand side, this then goes into the ice box and freeze solid and will break the blade of ice crusher. I have just bent the pipe back to the right and this has cured the fault. Take the ice tray out and then press the test button and you will see it spray over.

    Hi RED1, it is probably the stat the capillary tube goes down the back of the panel and clips on years since I changed one. Part number is DST2940511021 costs about £34.44.

    These machines have a capacitor start which is 10uf and is the normal fault for motor not running, depending how mechanical you are it would be safer getting an engineer out.

    The bottle just push clips on and all you do is lift the bottom out and it will come off refit is as simple. Make sure you also clean out the rubber grommet that it fits in.

    To change front panel you have to undo all the burners, though you are not breaking into the system, as there are normally 3 self tappers along the top , it is an easy job where else you would get the parts I don’t know.

    Went out to the job found bottom drawer board blown removed it,tried top one it started then makes a horrible buzzing like motor jamming, I thought these had seperate motors for each drawer or is there a common pump? Why would bottom board blow and not the other?
