Sorry I wasn’t Clear I replaced Motor and main module it clips onto the front control board it looks like one unit. The repair to the wiring would have been ok, but it was under warranty, if yours is chargeable go for board and check wiring first.

I had one 2 months ago had to change rotor module and wiring harness , there is a plug connector that joins the wiring harness down side of cabinet it has a plastic bag over it and it was full of water, and had shorted out all the connections. I actually butt connected them and it worked better one way but still would not go the other way.
Never found out where the water came from.

I had my son who worked for Stoves at a disiplinary and they wanted to sack him for things that I said on here, most of which he had not told me
I had commented on things with Beko that had come from a long time aquaintance in the trade, but somehow they thought my son had told me. The disiplinary they had all my postings and went through all of them, I had mentioned about his hydraulic cooker lift and was going to post pictures on here as it looks a good tool, no doubt I would have been suid.
He couldn’t care less about whats going on just wants his salary.
I still don’t hide my ID, just don’t post things I hear now. So big brother does watch us closely.
They can’t sack him now as he is now working for me.

This machine is the belt driven one, and you can do the bearings like the hotpoint WM series. Thing to watch see if it is the flat metal pulley it is only held on by a very flimsy flat washer and can elongate the pulley fitting, if it is you need a new pulley & washer.

Well checked the door reed switch interior light comes on and fan so don’t think that is the fault, though before putting in new board could not camcel. unit down to -18 on board checked temp -19.5, warning light flashing press to cancel will stay off a couple of minutes then alarm sounds won’t stop even after the 80 minutes.
So what am I missing. Kirk

    Re: connect ?

Well I have worked for them just after they started, not everthing is perfect but the computer system is second to none no one else can match it.
I gave ISDAL up because connects system is so easy, I have seen Service Powers and it was rubbish in comparison, NESN is long winded.

My only gripe would be LGs 90 day warranty, returns use to be a problem but thats now ok.

I had one that would turn one way ok but would jam up juddering. Found water had got into the wiring harness connector block that is in a plastic bag, had to butt connect the corroded wires, worked for one wash, and had to change the main board.

Use electruepart DOR 5224 is £7.65 not £20.77 from LG. This is the same lock that is used in the AEG.
