There have been an awful lot of changes with Active Smart, with-in the same model number.
Suggest your problem may be 1/ air ducts choked with ice. 2/ intermittent or complete failure of PC (refrigerator section) fan.

Stuck or worn out drain pump. Turn off power first, pump is live.

Fisher & Paykel do not include a fault code guide with the machine.
Fault codes are provided to their Authorised service agents only.
I think you must be thinking about the “user faults” which are:out of balance …… ………… Spin led flash
insufficient hot water……… hot water led flash
No water ……………………….hot & cold led flash.

Dont think its the bearing grease. The motor has plenty of guts to turn the bowl.
There is something in the controller that inhibits on low temperature.Re: F&P GW712 won’t spin. Error 01111111 ( 254 ?? )
Is the lid lock exactly the same as original. There are two, and not interchangeable. Other than that I suspect the controller has crapped out.

Are you saying it takes ten minutes to fill for the wash, If so I think this is too long.
You say it beeps….. is this a beep… beep…beep or a “chime” tiddly dee.There is a huge difference.

Does the cold water appear to fill OK or has it slowed?
Its quite common for the fill valve to restrict the water flow. The cold valve on your machine is proportional.Re: F & P MW059 00110101 water spurts and then stops
Fault code 53. Rotor position sensor step fail.
Check wiring, corrosion etc to RPS board.

There is only one motor control module for all sizes of machines, but you cannot mix colours.
The module has the agitator profiles required for all versions and that is why you must “size” the module after fitting.
Up to and including your machine (“phase 5”) colours used were 1/white,2/blue,3/green,4/yellow,5/grey.
modules used for phases 6&7 have been brown in colour.

The fault code you have shown is applicable to Intuitive model only.
You say your machine is an Excellence which is a GW.Fault code is problem with display module Eprom.

If you changed the out of balance switch is the lever rubbing on the bowl?
