    Don`t know how you would go about programming this pcb.Have heard cards are sometimes req`d on Hotpoints?
    Also that new pcb`s may require programming?

    Thanks Martin.Heater element tests ok with mega. Happened to have ZWD12270W boards(main pcb & smaller dryer board)off a stripped machine.Have fitted these & all seems well.(tested on spin)
    Will mega motor & dryer element + check orig. board relay for fused contacts before testing fully.Not sure if fitting a 1200 pcb on a 1600 machine will cause any issues?

    Motor replaced,still A7 fault code.
    Replaced air brake turbine…job done!

    Pressue switch obsolete! Found a 2nd hd one,no change.Timer condemned,machine written off!

    Door interlock faulty + pump worn out! Not sure which the fault code was suggesting? Still it now works

    Have since been back to the machine & fitted a new pcb.No change!
    Checked motor again & found tacho coil o/c! This tested fine initialy.Found wire at junction of tacho coil split internaly.Giving potentialy intermittent/false reading!

    Turned out a small plastic piece had broken off the start button.Probably been pushed too hard.Sometimes the simple things are overlooked!

    Apparently having searched an ask an expert website this fault code suggests replacing the control board!

    Have since checked this machine over.Heater/motor check out ok.However there is a sensor(i think) just below the interlock which is O/C. Is this correct or faulty?
    Still not found what fault code means? No`s 1,2&4 Led`s flashing?
