From memory these don’t like high water pressure ,A while ago if you ordered a PCB it came with a valve restrictor !.
Somtimes the tube behind the non return flap gets blocked and does wierd things .

I agree with Martin it’s a Bgrade and therefore Servis probably won’t have a history as the retailer has to stand the warranty

a normal eaton solenoid from a washer valve will suffice ,you just have to re use the old bracket ,but sometimes its better in the long run just to fit the complete dispenser
