    Stupidly no ,I was running so late ,and the customer was of the mind to leave it and he would seek an exchange .

    240v supply at terminal block ,passes pat test okay ,supply seems okay at wall , wondered if an element was going down under load and acting as a resistor ,which is why I changed the two I have.Customer hopes that CDA will exchange ,I am not so sure.

    Its a bleeping haeir ,in kenwood clothes .
    I had one doing the same unblocked the pump to find it had blown the PCB as well.

    Oh to get a CORGI card 🙁 its so frustrating when you want to do something to enhance your business but the criteria is so difficult to fulfil

    I watched a comet engineer fix one of these on Tue whilst I was doing a bearing change on a Servis in the same house ,It is an indesit and it was the same sympton and it was wire burnt of a pigy back on one of the pump terminals

    No you are not wrong ,but do seem to be spoiling for an argument .
    the point that is being made is that it was not foreseen how quickly the site would gain new members,Those of us that have been here from scratch never expected it be as good as it is perhaps.
    Ken can the subscribers fund afford the labour req ?
