    Re: Work For WTA Members

Just to clear up some confusion ,nothing is confirmed yet but GDHA have asked to speak to the WTA regarding using members to support there existing set up.
But to reiterate NOTHING is confirmed and it may not go anywhere however dialogue is ongoing.
Just to stop you all getting frustrated trying to access the closed forum.

    We do work for them
    Straight forward products
They pay ,although some people have had to chase, but it’s their accounting system that’s at fault apparently.
Not massive volumes but a good filler.
They will be at the conference next Friday.

Re: Dangerous engineers , is there nothing we can do about t

That’s common sense ,and you can’t regulate common sense.
I hear what you are saying but regulation is the thin end of a very big wedge.
Think about how much admin, time off to attend courses/college you would incur, and then factor in the amount of engineers that are not like the guy you are talking about who would say im off.
Not because they are scared of regulation but because the return on the investment of ,money, energy, time etc ,makes it non viable to continue in the industry.

Re: Elica star hood (glitterball thing)

Is the socket definitely loose or has the wand become detached from the plug at the end that goes in to the socket
If you look very carefully there is a tab that holds the wand in ,gingerly prise it to one side and unplug the wand ,I have heard of people glueing them back together.
