    Have Payzone registered as I don’t see them on Ian’s list ,also Ian can you bring the list forwards to the current page as I keep forgetting to look at page 3.
    Also picking up on something that Brian said ,what is the latest up to date figure on attendees ?

    When is a Guarantee not a Guarantee ?

    We do a lot of letting agent , landlord and housing association work and are getting more all the time , I also find the hassle ones are landlords direct with a small portfolio ,with regards to surcharging we had one of our regulars add a percentage on each job , I rang them to say our charges would be going up accordingly they said fine just add it on , its a decision taken nationally and we don’t want to lose you , also helps when touting for work to mention WTA membership as more and more housing associations req some kind of trade accreditation .

    bl00dy hell thats scary,looks like we will definitely top the 100 mark ,and some of the folk such as Swift ,statesman and Daewoo use it as a come and meet us exercise then that may pull in more
