    Re: February 2018 WTA conference

The reason for the Bump Martin is that people always complain that they knew nothing about the conference, and had someone reminded them they would have registered and come.
Despite Twitter, mail outs, and bumps on here etc there are always some that complain they didn’t know ../.

Re: Beko Washing Machine Handle Snapped Off

I repair Beko all day long and have changed so many door handles we now carry them on van stock
I can assure you that you can open the door by using an implement to activate the lever and open the door I normally use a flat blade screwdriver
And I’m not in the business of taking the p!’s as frankly I can’t be bothered

Or get a flat wooden spoon and flip the remaining stub of the door handle towards you and the door should open

The thing is Lothian you have access to GSPN which gives you all the info you need including stock levels
The rest of us rely on connect although I have found that LF parts carry stock as well.
With regards to it being covered by warranty my experience is that it takes the Cust so long to book a call that they are giving up and seeking a local repair
We are getting more and more cash calls where we are advising the Cust that Samsung may do a warranty repair – There response is always ” I’ve been trying to get them to book a call and have given up”
