Or when you tell them the fault and solution that contradicts the husbands, they still believe the muppet they married is right.

    One made me laugh.

I ring for directions, wife answers and decides to pass the phone to husband, he then struggles with locating my reference points and starts asking the wife, 3 minutes pass, there still arguing between themselves.

I hung up and found it without there help.

I’ve got the urge to ring her, intro myself, ask if the office informed them the comp is out of stock and then state the following “Thats karma you f888 slag”.

They tell obvious lies that complaint may also be unbelievable.

Re: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?

They lie, funny this happened to me today.

    Cheap arse f/f.

Stopped cooling several days ago, yesterday they moved appliance to “clean behind it” and it suddenly started working (first lie, unknown why ,but still dirty behind and left plugged on unlikely).

I arrive find unit to temp, no obvious issue except lamp had melted cover, holder and liner.

    Door obviously left open.

I explain parts need ordering, reason for not cooling l cannot find, but suspect door left open over night and compressor shut down due to heat and food lost, someones covering their arse. Explained to the husband l cannot find the fault but isolated lamp and told him to keep the unit on and monitor the temps for several days and report any issues.

Best bit several hours later l get a call the wive is going ape s98ui because after l left they went and bought £350 worth of food and found the fridge and freezer defrosted.

After her disrespecting me and telling me that l told them to fill it with food etc etc and that i’m a liar, l dont no my job, etc etc she said that they kicked the motor and it worked then stopped a few seconds later and now keeps clicking every few minutes.

Karma has kicked her right where she deserves it, as the compressor is out of stock:grin:

So on a dishwasher, that basically is designed to fill, wash, heat and drain and receives an 1 in the display it could be that it does not fill, wash, heat or drain, oh and possibly leaked.

    Usefull. Thanks:lol:

You may find an answer to your silly question in the section of the forum that funnily has a hint in the title as to why you would post a silly question in it.;-)

If DSG have an issue financially it wouldn’t be leaked via a brand placing there account on hold.

    Re: Europarts Maddocks

I’ve yet to come across a business that does not have issues, you cannot have it all, imagine what would happen if you achieve that cash cow, you’d be out of business in no time.

I’d love every client to live in the playboy mansion, do rude things to me and pay me a huge profit for little or no effort.

    Re: Europarts Maddocks

They hate people who compare prices.

It seems they prefer you not to be competative as part of your business and source solely via one supplier, l have pointed the fact out to one local trade counter that if he did the same as part of his business l would not need to look elsewhere, he told me to f888 off.

Luckily for me having multiple sources didn’t affect my business when several months later he went tits up.

You’ve achieved so much, imagine how further you could have gone.

On a serious note, if you where 16 again do you really believe you could achieve what you have today.

Try to answer honestly, and not with the predictable answer yes.
