Check the model number as go’s upto app2513 then jumps to app2520.

Part number for a APP2513 is W0000051 for pcb but this may not be correct. 😕

Re: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?

Last year I had to go to a problem call where 5 or 6 engineers had been yet not found or fixed the fault.

I went along found the said fault and then spent the next 90 minutes fixing it customer signed paperwork and I left what I thought was a happy customer.

The office then rang up her as part of our customer survey and she complained that I had been in the house to long fixing her machine, when asked if the she was now happy with the repair she said YES ❓ ❓

If only you could do this job without the general public, what a fab job we would all have. 😈

If the heater is faulty and the water on the hot feed comes in at 50c and you want a 60c wash it is not suddenly going to start working just buy a heater and stop being cheap !! 👿

Look at left hand side and find the chamber with float switch in and clean it / replace it also the flow meter can cause this fault.

Check your cooling fan inside the machine.

Lid & right hand side panel off as you look at it and in front of the motor is a cover which pops off then take the fan off and tried for a couple of minutes and you should now have no noise if so just replace fan and sway you go. 😀
