If the plastic finger levers supplying your machine have been turned off for some reason and then back on, make sure the hot valve feed has not “rubbed over” its shaft, these levers have a tendency to snap and make it look like you have turned it back on fully but have not, if the lever seems stiff to turn then unscrew the plastic finger grip and check the valve has actually opened.

just undo the screws on the latch plate ( were your latch goes into the machine ) the door lock should hang on its own, as your changing the seal just refit before u put the seal on the outer lip.

ParticipantRe: Integrated son of a b****
The predicament you have is a customer is more concerned about how her kitchen looks with regard to built in, lining up of the doors etc same as it was to her satisfaction than she does about the repair in a lot of cases.
She obviously looks at life black and white and knows in her own mind how something should go back the same way as it was,Its a very tough one to be in if you really having difficulty in achieving this.
Makes you feel a little under the weather because your more than likely to have lost a future customer too. 😕LJDomestics

Also please try not to take your vaccum cleaner to the local repair shop if anyone in the household has this sort of illness, it happened a few year ago with my colleague, he repaired one and caught the same ( chicken pox ) upon returning to collect she actually brought in the child that had the problem with her, then my colleague knew were he had got it from. 😉
