We used to use one account from two machines one from the horsham branch and one from crawley branch without any problems.
I also use my iphone to login while at customers houses to source parts/prices.

I sold a amica 8 months ago, customer rang me everytime she hit the pause button by mistake or done something else stupid, then 5 weeks ago it packed up, needed a board, being still under warranty she tried ringing the number on the back of her instruction book which is no longer a valid number.
I sourced the correct number, rang on her behalf, parts turned up at her door next day,engineer was booked for 3 weeks from the parts turning up.

LeeWhat has really pee’d me off though is i put in a part number enquiry with connect for this lock, they replied that on this occasion they couldnt help yet as soon as i put that part number in that you kindly posted it came straight up on connect as stock item.
So gonna make a call today to air my view 😉

if cost was £65 delivered i wouldnt hesitate to quote £125 for the total job.
