Just looking on Machinemart and came across this.

Has anyone used one of these or know how they work, or would I be better off with the 3 wheel type.
    Cheers

Re: People who don,nt want to pay

It’s always gonna happen now and then, happened to me a couple of times or more, the ones that do my head in are the ones that when you give them the price they say “i will ring you back on such and such date when i get paid” they do tend to, but why the hell didnt you wait till you got paid before you rang i hold back from saying, means ive given a price but now i have to re-call for that same price.

    Re: h/point sealed drums

So i dont offer to waver the £30 call out and have the machine for spares instead, tell the customer about 5 yr’s parts warranty, they most likely get a 3 week time slot, get stung on the price??

    Sod that!!!

Waver the £30 and have their machine for parts it will be.

    😛

gandh1 wrote:most of my customers decline a repair, so the bearing failure machines get electrically stripped, and the next electrical ber i get has a non-ber repair 🙂

that is unless ive saved a electrical ber machine that has a good tub cos i didnt have the s/h electronics at the time.

    then i hybridise for a recon 🙂

Well thats what ive decided to do as when i go to sealed drum bearing failures now i dont charge anything at all if they let me have the machine.

But i was hoping to find a cheaper supplier of a complete drum and wack out a few recon’s.
