Could be 1 of 3 faults that can cause this , low on gas , blokedge ,or weak compressor
the 1st 2 is more than likley , is it switching off at all ?? , is compressor mad hot , iff
the wet wall doesent get cold enough to open the stat , And is the freezer chocked up with ice
Have fully defrosted a couple like this and have gone back to normal,

    Dear Mr Poole

On 14th February 2008 I purchased a New World Built in Double Oven from your store in Platt Bridge. On 16th July 2009 it developed the following fault, the oven failed to warm up. The small oven is still working and the fan on the double oven is coming on but the oven will not warm up.

Under the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 I am legally entitled to request that you repair the item purchased or provide me with a satisfactory replacement.

Please send me a written response detailing your proposals within 7 days from the date of this letter.

    Yours sincerely

1st of all meggor the heater low insulation can cause alot of silly faults
even O/C heater will stop it spinning , and other things . count the flashes
every 15 secs should give you a fault code .

    Re: Hoover Fault Codes

The time for the displaying of each code, is 15
seconds. During this period of time, both LEDs flash
together at the frequency of 1 Hz (one flash per
second), for a number of times corresponding to the
number of the error to be displayed. Then, they stay
OFF for all the time that’s missing to the end of the
period of 15 seconds. The sequence is repeated until
Service Intervention or until the machine is switched
    OFF.
Example: Error Code Number 2 (missing completion
of the water load within the designed limit
    time) is displayed as follows:
    • 2 flashes by the 2 LEDs together, in
the first 2 seconds of the period of 15
    seconds (0.5″ ON – 0.5″ OFF)
    • For the remaining 13 seconds, both
    LEDs stay of OFF.
    • The sequence as above, is repeated.
    ERROR 2
The Water Fill Phase was not completed within the designed limit time. Defective
Solenoid Valve, Pressostat, Water Fill Hose, Low Water Pressure in the network
    and/or Wiring.

    hope this helps

drum , have a look just above the heater is were it goes .. got caught out on this one this last week . spent half an hour putting bearings in and finding outer tub gone 🙁
