    you can use any powder you like, its just a partnership thing, just like most cars have a sticker saying we recommend shell fuel or total oil,

    i always recommend avoiding liquids and liquidtabs, iv just seen to many mould issues with them, also if you use a powder tablet don’t stick it in the dispenser as it says on the box with some makes, stick it in the drum, been to two calls for this a lone in the last few weeks due to them not braking down on fill.

    if there is 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} nothing jamming it then it sounds like the pump is gone, cheap part to replace and relatively easy if you relatively competent,

    you most likely find the freezer evaporator is frozen solid preventing airflow, quite common on these, possible defrost heater failure or sensor issue, best way to confirm is to remove the multi flow panel at the rear of the freezer and defrost with a steamer, then test the heaters with a meter. you could also fully defrost it manually but you would have to leave it unplugged with the doors open for a few days.

    Boards tend to fails on these due to overloading or the dampener going soft, the motor swings over to far and catches the heat sink on the board and shorts it out.

    sometimes you can see the marks on the heat sink or the module is cracked.

    New board needed..
