Re: Do you use customers toilet?

Few years ago I asked a customer if I could use the loo, she replied that the loo was out of action because of a leak and said just use the kitchen sink 8O, I said no I couldn’t but she insisted, as I was desperate I had to go with it, five minuets later I shouted to her “have you any paper please” 😕

Sorry if this is going off on a tangent.

Turbo you missed out one other interested party who are making money, the government. They nail 17.5{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}VAT onto every aspect of the industry, bit cynical really when the are trying to convince the populous that we must do better for the environment. They are making a lot of money by letting the manufacturers produce crap that will only last a few years. 😯

Re: Diplomat ADP8322 D/W Door Hinges

    Hi Graham
This DW is a Whirpool if it has a service no 85450015810. I have come across this problem before and I think you may find that the door and door hinges may be twisted beyond repair 😥 have another look at it particularly where the hinges sit onto the frame. Hinges are available (put Adp8322) onto Connects web site and the parts will come up

I can’t see the point in sat/nav, we have wall to wall sea in the UK, drive to far in the wrong direction and you will just have to turn around 😆 or in your case Deltra, you have your back to the sea so you only need to go in the other direction 😆 😆
We usually get directions from the customers when they book a call, that with OS maps just about guarentees we hit the target, holiday homes can be a problem as the punters havn’t a clue where they are at once they get north of Watford 😆 😆

    Re: Glaring design faults

I do like the current series Hotpoint/Indesit dishwashers with the antiflood system, floods into the bottom with the greatest of ease and knackers the circ. pump, wouldn’t you have thought they would have designed it so the pump wasn’t sitting on the base plate 😥 not to mention the door seal not making contact with the door because of the ridge in the door 😥

Re: Hotpoint FFA60 drain frozen solid

Been to one of these today with a similar fault, in the fridge section there is a build up of ice 2-3 inches to the left of the gutter drain hole (drain is clear 😕 ) and customer is comlaining that food is freezing in the crisper boxs, she says that this has been ongoing virtualy from when she bought it. 😕

Before I read this thread my first thoughts was that some of the internal pipes may be to close to the liner and/or poor insulation in that area, obviously there is no way to investigate this. 😥

My question is would the previous comments about the problem fan area etc. give the problem that I am describing?

must be very sensitive controls on this machine as have had worse seated brushes on other models/makes without this sort of problem.

Re: Hotpoint top loader 9605 pump question.

    Covered this last year, http://tinyurl.com/2m2ayd

The pump that I fitted failed after 13 months 😥 customer not pleased. I now buy the copies, why buy what should be genuine only to find a Qualtex in the box 😥 Hotpoint are still charging the genuine price though 😯
