    “Tall tub” and “XXL” are not UK terms. With dishwashers on ours shores its with 45cms wide or 69cms wide – that’s it in a nutshell.

    Re: Integrated dishwasher + placement help

    Personally I’ve never heard of the expression ‘tall tub’ when it comes to integrated dishwashers. In essence they are exactly the same as conventional free standing dishwashers but with the additional ability to having decor door panels fitted and slotted behind a kitchen plinth panel.

    So with an existing kitchen the door panels can be converted into decor door panels. The only problem I see in your instance is that the existing handles are vertical and moving them would leave holes in the panel.

    I would advise going with your kitchen fitter and fitting what he is prepaired to go with rather than taking the DIY route.

    Yes of course it is Johnny but seriously speaking the whole oven and grill area would need to be saturated in fat for this to ever happen.

    Whilst I acknowledge my colleagues comments to some degree fires directly associated to oven and grills are very unlikely. Chip pan/hob fire yes, big problem. But ovens……no.

    Re: Dirty Oven Fire Danger. Is it real?

    It makes sense to clean the oven regularly of course but catching fire as a result of fat saturation is far too melodramatic it would be laughable. Avoid fat spitting by reducing the temperature. Wipe up spillage as soon as the oven is cool. Remove empty shelves in the oven. Adjust the grill pan height if spitting fat occurs.

    The energy consumption line is total tosh by the way.

    Re: Integrated dishwasher + placement help

    My first tip would be not to buy a dishwasher as they are less than a reliable investment.

    But if you insist, instal it where the freezer is now. Move the double cupboard to the corner by the rad and fit the freezer In the new space created in the space where the double cupboard was.

    I’m puzzled over this in that the E60 series error codes refers to heating element faults. However the manual lists all the codes in that series (as Dragan listed previously) but it relates to the machine using a heat pump and NOT a conventional heater.

    E63= Compressor Alarm 😕

    Yours sincerely

    Confused 🙁

    Ah but ‘Back to the Future’ was circa 1985 and your machine is like a futuristic time machine that incorporates a magnetic device on the end of the motor. It can launch your machine into ‘warp speed’ if ever it should fail. Not much future for it if that should happen it must be said.
