Re: Hotpoint Aquarius WMA33 Leakage problem

Tricky one to figure from the info given “two little plastic buttons?” ๐Ÿ™

Where are they located specifically? A leak on final spin could even mean there is a split in the front door seal. Closer inspection with the power off the only advise I can give. We could well have a local independant in your area who could sort it for you here: Repairs@

    Re: Knob!

Partfinder has it listed as 6225212 Knob & Disc Top Oven, so I guess we have identified the right part for you and Parts Center have 96 days stock of them remaining ๐Ÿ˜†

No Brightspark, seems now you have all points covered and your 50 quid machine should work wonders from now on in ๐Ÿ˜€

Finish Dishwasher Cleaner and others?………..nah!….leave them on the supermarket shelf I would. Just top up the salt and rinse aid every month or so, clean the filters regularly and you’ve got it sussed!

Powder residue?…also not a problem and most likely caused through trying to wash a full load on a ‘quick wash’ or ‘economy wash’ cycle.

Thank you for your confession, clearly your sins will now be washed away as a result of learning that dishwashers clean dishes but have no ability to clean themselves, Amen!

There is a similar model wiring harness (Part No: 296101) still available. Not cheap at over ยฃ50 but can be modified to fit as there are sufficient wires to include all the connections you need?

Check it out on the BSH website (Fits Model No: S4132EW0GB/11)

I used to use the hotpoint ones but since Indes**t took over they knocked that on the head (as was Hotpoints no: 1800726) ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

    Blimey!

Taking a chance there Laurence I reckon, costly if it isn’t the Timer? Mind you the Tacho Kit is obsolete on this model.

Though it might be worth a call to QER to see if they can advise on perhaps looking at the old Timer at least? ๐Ÿ˜‰

My long held views on certain ‘happenings’ on UKW seem to be affecting others then eh?

I feel better now having read your post Chris thanks, unless that is you are turning into a grumpy old git like me, but I doubt it ๐Ÿ˜†

I will PM Iadom over his avatar if you like.

Yurtesen?…now he understands the theory of his washer/dryer and the bearings haven’t turned rusty just yet, he will pop back again in a few weeks time I expect to ask Dave to source a new drum shaft….fear not :rotfl:

Is my ‘dashing white charger’ creating to much poo I wonder?

Re: Bish-Bosch dodgy wash! SGS 43A12 GB/27 Exxcel problem

    Adrian,

Do ensure you top up the salt container when the salt light comes on, check and clean both spray arms very carefully under the tap.

Might be a good idea to stop the machine after its been running for say 5 minutes to check as to how much water is in the tub, it should be lapping the salt container cap!
