ParticipantRe: ACA9102 Bottom Arm Not Rotating
maybe its a mechanical problem with the solonoid and its possibly stuck in the closed position, the only way to check that is to get off and have a look, that pcb sounds ok.
unplug from mains and have a look

oh and I also just remembered, if the door is opened whilst dryer is heating this can also cause the toc to pop out. So if customer is checking to see if clothes are dry before its finished this could be the problem, it must be left to tumble cool. Its because when you open door the ement no longer has air being blown over it and because of the way these elements sit on the back plate the heat quickly disperses over the plate and causes the toc to pop out.

ParticipantRe: Diplomat APM 8702 not spinning
mind you just take off the pressure tube from the switch at top and see if it spins then, cos if its still the the same then it probably is the module which is common on these, remember to unplug machine first

ParticipantRe: Diplomat APM 8702 not spinning
pressure chamber is in the sump hose it has a small tube coming off it to switch at top, there is a clip on sump hose to remove the plastic chamber and clean out
