ParticipantMost of these you can remove the base element by removing the back panel, and on conventional cookers the base element is the most likely culprit.

ParticipantWater pressure too high? Try reducing the flow and see what happens.

ParticipantThis is the only one I can see, long shot but does anyone have one kicking about anywhere?

ParticipantLooks like I’ve found the issue.
Put it in manual test mode, fills OK when testing hot valve but nothing on cold valve, checked voltage and feed to the valve is good so now just need to track one down

ParticipantReceived thanks, its only a few minutes from my house so I’ll pop tomorrow and take it off and see what I find.

ParticipantFrom what I can find the shifter is C00509300 but nobody seems to stock it over here?

ParticipantIts been a few years since I’ve bothered owning one of these so things might have changed.
My parts list shows hardware key part number C00272306, plus you also need the programming card. Smart cards are specific for the exact model you have to you’d need to look it up, and these used to be one time use items don’t know if they still are.
Some models (lower end) may also need an adapter.
As I say, its been a few years since I bothered with one so might be worth getting another member to verify the current state if they still have one.

SIlent, its like everything has stopped. My 1st thought was capacitor but it drains and spins fine on the spin cycle. Thanks for the diagram link.

That would be great thank you, I’ll send a message with my email.

ParticipantCheck the heater for continuity, then check for an earth leak on the heater, had a few of these where a small earth leaks messes with the board.
If the board needs replacing you need a programming card and the tool to program it which isn’t cheap (or worth it for 1 repair)

ParticipantI had a Neff recently (same as Bosch) recently with an intermittent drain problem.
Behind the left side panel is a water chamber (see attached pic). The hose to the outlet pipe and to the drain pump are connected to this, I removed the 2 hoses and sucked through everything with a wet vacuum and it cleared up, so I presume a bit of debris was I there occasionally causing an issue.Worth a try.

ParticipantDelivery is next day, but they use DHL so no timeslots. Not had to return anything but I asked to cancel a backorder and it was sorted very quickly.
The search function is so much better, say you type a model number in, it will show all the variants so you can pick your exact machine.matrixresonator
ParticipantI’ll second getting an ASWO account, really good and the customer service has been excellent when I’ve needed to speak to them.
