Just to let you know Ive orderd the shaft and belt and the shaft has come as a kit Part no 1703080 V4 shaft kit comes with
drum front seal
another drum seal
shaft
rear bearing
4 plastic bearings
m10 washer plus destruction leaflet
wouldnt it be a lot easier to just make the belt a little bit bigger :rolls:

If I get 1703662 what comes with it do you know ❓ Is it just the drum or is it part of a kit ❓ Ive orderd a shaft and belt but can see this happening again due to it being unbelivabley tight :rolls:

I used this service on line it saves alot of messing about and is dead easy
it cost me £30 each time ,I had a customer who owed me £60 odd and refused to pay after 6 months 😡 I filled in the form on line 2min job and paid £30 then waited for the time it states :rolls: and still no reply from the customer , so I paid another £30 to send it for the bayliffs and asked them for the £60 she oewd for the job and £60 for the court cost
6 weeks later I’m a happy bunny 😀 😀

Thanks Martin for you time 🙂 I have access to GIAS tech but still confused to which part no .I got model number and prod code off machine but forgot to get no off module I think its either 91670707 or 49001657 they are both 24k one is configured and one is not both are no stock items 😥 anyway Ive had enougth looking for part Numbers for one day

Have you checked that the water tank in the fridge for leaks I had one were the water was leaking into the defrost channel behind the evaporator cover and blocking up(it took more than a week though).

I did a pne with connections and this is the part they sent, it was a straight swop so if its the old type I’l try and get it back to them :rolls: if it fails again :tdown: Ive not made anything out of this job 😡

Just to let you know I called this morning and fitted new part, the water tank was straight forward, one end on the valve at the back and the other was behind lower trim 😀 😀 the only problem I had was removing all the bl***y ice 😆 thanks guys

yes Ive got a new microtemp fuse and evaporater cover c/w fan motor for it as well but its the first water tank Ive had to change so I was just wondering if anyone has had to change one before and were the pipe goes to

I used to do free estys but got to busy and got pig sick running around for nothing 😡 Ive now uped my charges and charge for the estys and Im still running around like mad but getting paid for it 😀
The free esty thing was good whilst setting up the business and getting your name out , 4 BER’s in a day is too much to lose

O 😳 I got my TDS disc to work in the end by unistalling it and then down loading Adobe 5 now works a dream again . I think I read about it somewhere 😉
