Re: Hotpoint DWF70 alarm code AL99

    Thanks for the reply Iadom.

Went today. d/w stuck on AL99 when I arrived. Switched off at mains, switched on again, reset programme which it completed ok. Seems as if it just needed “rebooting”. I will let you know if it bounces!.

    Regards,
    Mike.

    Re: Hotpoint CTD85/31358 Condensor Dryer

    Thanks for this info Dave.

Anyone got any ideas on what these thermistors should be reading?. Would the m/c fault code F03 if the thermistor was high, or only if it was short or open?

    Re: Hotpoint CTD85/31358 Condensor Dryer

    Thanks for prompt response Iadom.

We have checked the value of both front and rear thermistors which both read about the same 650k which does seem a bit high, but it is also illogical that both would fail at the same time. do we know what the thermistor value should be?. Also can Dave furnish us with the part number for the Stat kit for this model, or are we talking about the rear panel kit as previously indicated?. Also just in case what is the part number for the PCB?.

    Many Thanks,

    Mike.

    Re: Hotpoint CTD85/31358 Condensor Dryer

    thanks for the response guys.

31358 is not the serial number, this is the “creda” type number off the back panel.
    The serial number is 501250136.
The original fault code was F10, which I suspect is “Heater Fault”.
but now, even with a load of damp clothes it still will not heat, and as a further development, it now shows F03.

    Any assistance greatly appreciated.

    Cheers, Mike.

This is the early Mistral Model and I have The full manual. Do you need all 30 pages or Just fault dagnosis and circuit diagrams (6 pages )?.

    Re: Neff 6544WM Washing machine

    Thanks for your reply Dave.

Yes this is a front loader. I have already been on the Bosch website without success. The only info I have been able to find is by the UKW search which brings up a thread from eng14 on 29/03/06, which has a reply from pup inviting the phone call to Roger, tried calling Roger but number unobtainable. Perhaps “pup” can tell us more about this machine?.
