ParticipantRe: Servis t/dryer belt failure.
Also had back rubber/felt bearing go sticky on these and snatch the drum when they warm up making the drum difficult to turn. 🙂

ParticipantRe: Bosch condensor dryer
The fault described is because NTC R2 is out of range or at fault, this is the one located on the heater box at the back.
Its resistance should be 25k ohm at 25’c
Check that its not all covered in crap too as thats quite common.
And the condensor at the front also gets blocked up with fluff and causes them to throw up some funny faults.
BSH Part number for the said NTC is 163297
Hope this helps! 😉nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: Does anyone remember these?
I was having a dig around today and found a Phillips 082 variomatic module, brand new in its box, also 3 brand new indesit 16P type modules and an Indesit L series pump repair kit! What some rubbish I keep….!
Talking of which, When I was working self employed we used to run a 1970 Morris Mini van until the Escort 75 took over, We still have the mini van even now. 😆nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: New megger required – where and how much?
Hi Folks!
I managed to get quite a good Digital Megger and Continuity from Screwfix Direct, goes up to 1000volts too, was 99 quid but that was end of last year, might be worth a try? 🙂nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: Bosch WFP 3201GB/01
Ok, sorry thats a new one on me. 😕
Funny how these things stick though! 🙂nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: Bosch WFP 3201GB/01
Depends on the FD, the later ones had removable motor brushes, the replacement end frames have removable brushes, but the early ones have fixed brushes.
Definetly DON’T turn it upside down!! 😯nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: Two Cows
You see the connection here………?
Most of our customers are cows,
big fat ugly ones
Sorry, I had a bad week lads. 😡nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: Bosch WFP 3201GB/01

ParticipantRe: Neff S4409N1GB/01 D/W
Well our ASM’s are always on about completion rate, and in fairness to kett prep they seem to be picking lots of relevant spares for us and following TIS’s as necessary, but the damn stuff just isn’t in stock! 😡
Our ASM has asked us to list a record of incompletes now so hopefully that might help, as all they seem to listen to is figures 🙁
At least we’re not with the Itallians and on shutdown for a month 😀nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: Neff oven door
The later Neff ones seem ok, especially the tripple glazed ones, its alot to expect from an adhesive really and have seen it happen with hygena, zanussi etc over the years. Customers tend to leave heavy roasting trays on them 😡
The older Neff ones had a similar design to your Hotpoint if i remember correctly. ❓
If they do give you the model number, you can always look it up on Quikfinder at bshappliancecare.co.uk 😉nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: Bosch WTL6304GB/02 drying light flashing
I can’t remember without looking it up………
Is it a condensor? ❓
If so have you checked that the condensor unit behind the kick panel is clear as this will cause lights flashing and a shutdown too, is very very common. If so take it out and give it a good wash. 💡
Also, try cleaning off the paddles with some white vinigar as sometimes you can get a fab conditioner build up on them causing a sensordrying fault, also they wont dry without damp/wet laundry in them.
Hope this is of some help 😉nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: Neff S4409N1GB/01 D/W
What is it with our lot and stock at the moment??
I got 7 SSR’s outstanding, nil stock uk, none in Germany and parts on SAPs 😡
If Germany HAVE got it then why can’t WE have it too?nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: Neff oven door
If its a pretty basic one, then yes they are just glued in, the combination of grease/heat and stupid customers resting things on them cause the glass to fall in occasionally.
I can’t comment on how succesfull sticking them in with golly is, but depending on model BSH charge in the region of £80 for an inner door!
Without the model number i couldn’t advise further but hope this is of some help! 😉

ParticipantRe: Penguin trapped in ise
Well, thats how i ended up looking like my avatar! Luckily I wasn’t there when the crash happened but joined when the italians took over (no better!) until they made us all reduntant and put it out to outside contracters! They gave us a weeks notice, just enough time to sell there lovely 3 year old Ford Transit van to a nice bunch of traveller folk!!! 😆
Hope that eases the bitterness 😉
I wear they grey uniform now, if you know what i mean?! 🙂
I seen a cat in a tumble dryer, but never a Penguin in an ISE, come to think of it, I never seen an ISE! 😕nationalhomecare
ParticipantRe: Penguin trapped in ise
