Participant* ‘constant stream of water’ as in no restriction, not dripping.

ParticipantThanks Dave.
Yes, this was my next thought. I’m attending again tomorrow, so will try unplugging and opening up the supply valve again.
And yes, it was a constant stream of water overflowing from the ice making tray mould.
I just wondered what system/logic the machine uses to allow the correct volume of water into the tray.
THanks for the response.

ParticipantPresumably there is a flow meter to ensure enough water is entering the ice making trays, but not too much.
If this flow sensor fails, presumably, the machine logic would think no water is entering the ice making trays and leave the valve open?
Here’s a mediator of the machine… 25483-C RF540ADUSX4 FP EU (mtstatic.com)

ParticipantCheers Dave.
Will do this.
Appreciate the help.

ParticipantAny thoughts guys?
Can the module cause the pressure sensor to fail?
Or, likely a connection/loom issue.
Can’t fathom how part worked for a few days then reverted back to old error.

ParticipantUpdate:
I replaced the analogue pressure sensor and the machine worked fine…. For three washes, apparently.
Now the F27 is back.

ParticipantYou’re a star Kwatt – thanks!

ParticipantJust so you guys know. If the machine has a heat exchanger, it’s possible for the valve to slow leak. On visit, everything will function fine, but in an hour or two the heat exchanger volume can be in tub. If customer puts machine on overnight, they think it hasn’t drained, and upon visit, everything will function fine.

ParticipantThanks Kai.
I did check wiring, and also using pin, tightened micro terminals.

ParticipantWill try the analogue pressure sensor…
Thanks

ParticipantNew element made no difference

Not down to Earth on heater, brushed carbon dust of motor, heater and module. Checked pressure hose for splits, no faults found.
Yet 1 min stuck, even on separate spin.
Just hooked on a new element to try again.
Will report back!
Cheers

ParticipantGot it.
Fantastic, thanks

ParticipantThanks Dave.
And please excuse my ignorance. But, where have you sent that info to? Couldn’t find it!

ParticipantThe sump hose had a cocktail stick stuck inside -lodge between the convoluted ribs. This subsequently pierced a hole.
Have tried plugging hole with rubber and glue as a temporary fix.
Thanks for your help guys.
