Hi Dave
When I was there I ran it on a P4 quick wash to test heater etc. everything worked okay and I left it and asked him to try it later on P3. It runs for 20/30 minutes apparently then stops soap dispenser unopened. Just bleeps and flashes but no sequence to be able to count was hoping P3 was the fault code 🙁

Thanks for your help Dave.. I usually have Miele tech help from a friend but he is away on holiday. 🙁
Hi Dave, thanks for the reply.. I can see what you mean about the one on the video but this does not pause at all, I did think it might so watched and counted but it was consistent. I have had to tell him to ring Neff as it would the appear they have found a way to conceal faults and keep the work in house! 🙁

When you say you have never had the problem.. do you mean you have never had to input the commodity codes?
This is Jersey Customs who have stopped the parcels, they want their 5{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} tax but they will also collect any tax that might be owed to the UK.Yes spoke to them and customs.. AWSO have sent me the codes so at least I don’t have to spend 2 days looking them up but it will take about 40 minutes to input and clear through customs.
But then it would take Connect 3 months to get them in stock in “IF” they can be ordered (looks like they are not doing Miele and some Bosch parts) or I spend a few hours ringing all the individual manufacturers direct and listening to the lovely tunes as I wait on hold 🙁 Miele was 30 minutes last week before I hung up!
I took advise and used AWSO only one item out of 24 out of stock..
The thing is now I have a consignment held by customs wanting commodity codes for each individual item as it was sent from France!
It took me 2 hours to do one car part in the summer.. Brexit apparently.Thank you Dave I was leaning towards the User PCB but just needed confirmation it was anything to do with the cook zones.
Been using them for years.. these days nearly everything is out of stock.. I have a back order list as long as my arm going back to August!
Is there an alternative and if so can they deliver?
Just been back the 65 wash is sticking around 40c! I have changed the pump and as far as I am aware the heat sensors are built in? Is there an external sensor as the symptoms have not changed
Running all day.. it does heat up! the circ pump kicks in for 3 seconds then stops for 3 seconds.. Changed module, changed pump, changed door lock.
