ParticipantJust checked on Connect there are tow boards for this machine and I ordered the first one.. absolute @ankers if there is no warning ie serial number required 🙁

ParticipantIt just runs for hours.. the circumstances pumps water for 2/3 seconds then it stops for 2/3 seconds then pumps again for 2/3 seconds over and over. Almost like there is not enough water but I don’t think theses have a pressure switch, flow switch on fill. If I push hard on the door it makes no difference. I have changed the module and pump and checked the wiring to both.

ParticipantThink Miele and double it.. £250 for the motor before postage! I least I tried.. I will let my customer know the bad news 🙁 thanks for the help anyway

ParticipantThanks Dave but I sorted it.. it just needed a bit of grey matter on the wiring.. in short supply here 🙂 I did get one down but the switch was different just needed to figure it out.

ParticipantThanks for the reply.. definitely four wires on this one but hopefully it will be the same! I did guess and put it on a cycle and it seemed okay but they have rang me back to say it is going E11 🙂

ParticipantThanks for the tech info very much appreciated.. Last error was EF5. Run the machine empty and it spun no problem. Put a good size load in and it wouldn’t spin.. put more load in and tried again very patiently :confused:… No spin. Motor or control board? gut says board so one order but if there is a way to check for sure it would be appreciated..
