These are the common ones that fit the great majority of Hygena integrated refrigeration.

If its not around the door surround, it will most likely be on the roof of the oven box. It will need sliding forward to view. Don’t forget to refit the security screws afterwards.

Wasn’t the greatest quality appliance, and if you have a read through the forums, you’ll find it’s not the most reliable either.

Personally, I’d put the cash towards a better appliance.

    Re: Noisy (Buzzing) Hotpoint TDC62

What challenge Stuart? The noise will be coming from a foreign body being trapped in one of the fans – all you have to do is remove it. Now that’s a challenge!

By removing the RH (From the front) side cover, you will find a large white plastic cover over the fan chambers. This has to come off to access the fans. You may have to remove the drum to achieve full access – if you’re not confident, have a look in Directories or check Repairs@ for a UKW engineer in your area.

If you’re very brave, make sure the power is off first :plug: .

Re: Indesit DG6145 (narrow one) – causes mains RCD to cut ou

    Well done.

For the benefit of other readers, be advised that the difference between the operating water level and flood is tiny – quite literally a hair trigger, and water will overflow into the base of the machine for no obvious reason. Getting the machine level in both horizontal planes is pretty important.

Additionally – ensure that filters and rotors are kept scrupulously clean and that heavy food deposits are rinsed off the crockery and cookware prior to washing.

Re: diplomat adp8322 integrated dishwasher problem

Apart from the double post, you’re doing fine and you’re very welcome. If I read the thread correctly to date, you have the famous NTC failure fault. This is the temperature sensor not being detected by the computer. There are several other technical possibilites; in all honesty a service call would be the most efficient way of dealing with this.

Check Directories or Repairs@ for a UKW engineer in your area.

If you wish to investigate further, pull the plug first. :plug:

Ay, Basta! The sniping engine has failed…….. 🙁

Still, £39.76 (& P+P) to charity is a good effort. I suggest we get said wire mounted on some sort of plinth and award it as an annual trophy for something?????

I had really hoped that ffservices (r600a) would win it as a pennance for the fish thing……… (See Photo Gallery, Meetings, Number 4 to see what I’ve been put through) – then I wouldn’t have to offer him something towards it 😆 .

Carol, next time, turn a pillowcase inside out and chuck them in there – if a wire comes out, it’ll stay in the pillowcase.

Thanks for being such a good sport,

    Regards,

Check for crushed/nipped drain hose, also sink coupling for blockage. Beyond that pump failure is most likely bet.

Is the pump you would require.

It probably thinks that it is already full. The following link explains how the water level is controlled:

Do not investigate internally with the power on…………….. :zap:

Re: hygena dishwasher not filling with water

Model number will be on a label around the edge of the door, starting AHY—-.

As these dishwashers come from several different sources, the number is critical to any form of accurate diagnosis of the problem. Sufficed to say that if the machine is not filling and puts the heater on, it thinks that it is already full……..

Pull the plug before any internal investigations :plug: .

Curious. I use plenty of the Europart 05-BS-03 brushes with no problems at all, and have done for a good few years now.

    Nice one……

The “knickers on the head” bit might explain some of Kev’s more eccentric behaviour at UKW Meetings – visit to photo galleries required 🙂
