Sounds like the solenoid actuating at random – door outer panel off to investigate. If is buzzing away, the pcb will be at fault.
Be careful – you can shave with the edges of the door.

It’s listed as a Siltal on M/pt – all the part nos are Siltal as well.

Obsolete from 1992 onwards, as was the knob front.
Model A3110, perhaps? There’s a label on the bottom at the back.

You’ve more chance of a Vestel product doing a few years than some bit of Chinese tat – some sort of standards must be maintained.
