I think you’ll find that if you take the lid off, the tub spring on one side will have jumped off its mounting, or broken.

Look at the etched rating plate on the top of the door. Top r/h corner should say “SG—-“. You can put that into http://www.bshappliancecare.com and find all the part numbers as Bosch ones. Saved as packet on a module last week by doing that.
