    Thermostat is still available – 09021486, as are the heater spirals – HV3430.

    spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will be able to supply these if required.

    Access involves taking the drum out through the rear.

    Power off first….

    Model number is etched into the top edge of the door inner panel.

    Test meter. Each switch is normally closed across contacts 1-2. When pressurised contacts 1-3 are closed. When depressurised, back to contacts 1-2.

    You’ll need THIS. It’s mounted on the side of the motor.

    The back panel will come through. You need to twist and get one edge through, push the drum down for the top to go through, then wiggle it all across for the other edge of the back plate to pop out.

    It will come out – done loads over the years.

    Split the casing in half for access. Air bell is retained by a spring clip and one screw.
