F11 – pump out of circuit. Check pump, wiring, connections to PCB.

    Power off first.

I presume they come together as they are both listed as position 90.

Technically it’s F12 – comms error – but it sounds like there’s more to it than that. PCB got to be the main suspect.

    Sent you some light reading.

    Re: Firenzi FIDW42 not heating

It’s a Zanussi in a dress. Heater is most easily accessed by removing the r/h side panel and the rear cover panel. Check for burnt-out wiring; resistance through the heater should be c. 25 ohms.

Most likely candidate is a burnt-out solder joint on the pcb.

Stay safe – power off if you intend to deal with this yourself.

Re: ignis adl 347 dishwasher problem

In the meantime, and if you are of a practical bent……

Bail out as much water as you can. Pull the plug. Remove the lower front cover plate. The drain pump is at the front and is a twist fit to remove. There may be a foreign object in there, or the pump my have failed. The impellor should resist and “ping” quite freely when turned manually; he coil should read somewhere around 200 ohms if metered.

It’s not a “logical” problem, therefore, you’re looking at a logic problem with the pcb. THIS ARTICLE explains the basic problems.

You need to deal with it as the pcb will eventually corrupt completely – big money.
