So does this mean the likes of me who only do a few here and there are exempt?
Getting confused again 😕 i do a handful a month its good for the beer tokens but £840 is a lot of beer tokens so it would defiantly make me think twice about it!

I usually pay between 15 and 25 depending what they are thats just laundry don’t deal in cookers and fridges to be honest.
They are becoming more difficult to get aswell.

I don’t know to be honest on that model. I have a friend who does a lot of work for beko and he reckons you can’t do them on the new sealed drums because they screw the lifters from the rear then seal the drum!!
What an absolute idiot who thought of that one taking a nice easy 5minute job and making it ber plonker!
As i say not seen one myself yet so can’t comment from experience.Phil

I have tried all the bearing kits and i reckon you can’t beat thumping the living daylights out of it with a bloody big lump hammer and a chisel.
Its easy quick cheap and soon gets rid of pesky customers hanging around over your shoulder.
But to be honest i tend to take them back to the workshop/shed can’t be bothered with doing them in folks homes now a days.Phil

Leaving it a couple of weeks i would either get up very early one morning or stay up late one night and with hold my number when he answers say sorry i have not got you up have? whoops i think i must have the wrong number sorry about that. 😈

Some people have no consideration.
I would of charged them for the board and labour stating it is still your property until it is paid for so they had no right to throw it away without your consent.Phil

Why are they trying to get rid of the recon game it’s already hard enough as it is!
I really would not mind if we was doing something to harm the enviroment but by keeping appliances running for an extra few years as got to be more enviromentally friendly then scrapping them!
I suppose it’s all just about the money and the enviroment is just a cover to lever more money out of us! 😡phil

If you could get your hands on some raw machines to re-work might be an idea. You can do it at your own pace to get you back up to speed without no customer distraction and might even be able to make a couple of quid while your about it.

That’s the soup dragons i remember! I have not got a clue what the rest of you are on about way before my time.
Oh and i have only got another 28yrs and god knows how many months and days left till i retire unless some useless politician thinks i have not done enough and ups the retirement age to fund his lavish expenses or to give some useless bankers a bigger bonus!!!!!!!

Check the washing machine labels on your torn clothes first because if you have been washing them on the wrong type of programme( most people only use a couple of programmes regardless of instructions) miele will charge and it’s the first thing the engineer will go for.
