    Re: miele and review sites

Typical miele propaganda. It’s a shame none of their new products are as good as the old ones in terms of reliability. They seem to have a hell of a lot more failures on their pcb’s and there after sales service is worse then ever. Although if you listen to the hype there as never or will ever be a miele machine ever brake down. :rolls:

    Re: Miele T7644C Condensor leaking

If it’s the base it will be sealed. Sometimes you can use a syringe with a piece of pressure hose on feed it in from drain pump side (take drain pump out 1st) and drain it out and watch the fluff/blockage come out but you have to keep doing it.I also usually pull the heat exchanger/condenser out and keep pouring water into the drain from there so when the water starts to run clear i know the blockage has gone hope this makes sense and helps.

Pressure switch not pulling in heater relay? just a shot in the dark if everything else is metering out ok.

Re: Miele MT 2670 – stopped drying!

Hi, yes it is an overheat stat so there will be a problem somewhere be it a blockage(usually in the plastic channel at the back absolute pig off a job!) or just poor circulation so it might be wise to call the engineer in anyway.

follow hose down from pressure switch will lead to a chamber thats the pressure vessel.

Re: Miele MT 2670 – stopped drying!

Is this the washer dryer? if so look under the lid(2 torx 20 bits on side of lid) and sometimes on top of the dryer duct there is a thermostat with a red square/button press it in if it clicks everything should work ok again for a while but the chances are its a blocked condenser channel at the back of the machine clogged with fluff which needs cleaning/replacing or poor circulation fan etc.

    POWER OFF FIRST!

    Re: Miele Novatronic W1512

There is a way of reprogramming it for low water pressure it just extends the fill time. Check in user manual sometimes customers can programe the machine to their requirments otherwise it will be a miele engineer job.
