    Side chamber/ sump hose blocked as usual causing it to back fill and bring the drain pump on. This then cycles, Fill, drain, fill and so on . Constant on/ off filling causing water hammer?

    Actuator for definite. Usually you can see which.
    Unfortunately this can cause a complete self destruction of all the pcbs. er4 is a red herring.

    Loads of money unfortunately.

    Module in the base has all the triacs on it one of which controls the motor. Can fail even if the triac looks ok.

    NTC usually open circuit. on the very odd occasion its the loom broken where its secured on the base.

    Blown Triac on pcb for sure! If your lucky is just the one for the dispenser actuator otherwise it will be the water point motor on the heater.

    Going to be close call for BER :rolls:
