Hi martin,

I had a bad feeling about that question on here 😉
You are being a little naughty for a reasonably early sunday morn martin 😆
all good ones to you martin, (and no not how that sounds :rolls: )
from an in good humour quickwash, because my car is back on the road after a new road spring, shock and strut mount :rolls: . All due a badly re-surfaced trench dug by the lovely local water board . The good humour soon disappeared there 😆

ParticipantRe: Beko WME8227W making grinding noises intermittently
Hi oliver,
Yes i had thought of that also, but it the ones i have seen have quite big holes and the wire might, just might manage to work its way out and cause the sort of problems people are on about on here all the time :rolls: I know that the probability is pretty low but my luck 🙁
I want to look a ‘clever dick’ tbh and, knowing how my luck is, if i told her to use a net bag, especially for bras with wires, then something would happen and she’d be like “That was your fault 👿 ” and the :hitfan: (been dying to use that emoticon 😆 )
Maybe there is a bag or something similar with very small holes but believe me i know that damn wire can ‘pop’ through when you least expect it and cause some nasty damage! Like when you slip down on ice for example 😳
thanks for the reply
kind regards

Hi maygood,
If you find your machine cant be repaired and you want something really good that will last, then look no further than the link on here to the ISE website and buy yourself the fantastic ISE10 1607, a superb machine 😀 . I am the proud owner of one and would never buy another make again and as with my usage, one load a day, it should last 22 years then i wont be anytime soon anyhow 😀
I honestly could not recommend the machine, the people at ISE and their after sales service highly enough 😀 😀
Have a read of the website and i am sure your head will be turned from the ‘throwaway’ rubbish on sale on the high street nowadays, mine sure was :lesson:
kind regards

Hi Seamy, or anyone else in the know please,
This bra wire thing crops up quite a bit i noticed :rolls:
I decided i would not wash bras with a wire in the machine a few years back and definitely not in my lovely ise10 😉 .
However my sister persists in doing this and i was just wondering if the only obvious way to hopefully prevent this (apart from not washing them in a machine at all, that is) would be to place any bras in a pillowcase and tie it in? I know some will say why tie it but i know that any decent washer will get that ‘blighter’ out of that pillowcase by the end of the wash. (My 1607 washes that well that it often turns an item of clothing completely inside out or vice-verser, especially on the normal option wash, which is a 2hr+ one, what a washer 😀 )
Do you think the tied pillowcase is the best advice i can give her as she will persist in washing under-wired bras in her machine :rolls:
thanks in advance and kind regards

Hi dwelly,
I expect the ones i have seen have perhaps got the wrong sort of water dispensers, probably the sort that you put water in from a container maybe, dont know :rolls:
The only american style f/f i have seen that is recommended as being any good is the one that ken has, if he still does, but its £3000. On here somewhere or ask ken 😉
The cheap copies will obviously give you problems in the end, but you get what you pay for tbh.
Side by side seperates would be better if you can get them as if one gets a serious defect that cant be repaired then you only have to replace the one, but as you say if they cant be found then what can you do.
Wouldnt one of those machines that provide cold water be ok instead? My dad has one with a giant size bottle attached (pretty cheap he says) and the water is lovely and cold with no funny tastes 😀
regards
