Possible relay or door micro switch on the blink

Almost certainly pcb. Worth double checking heater relay for dry joints. Check thermostat and connections (lower front)

Re-called on this one. Fault codes are different to the normal smegs. Any fault that occurs will illuminate all five prog lights and code is read on the phase lights. In my case eventually code displayed e8 light 4 (drying cycle) that pointed to water distribution. On checking the diverter valve under sump found the small micro switch o/c. Fitted replacement and bingo!!

If spin just ramps up for a second or so and keeps repeating this until it switches off. This is fault on the timer 1320558107 (very common). Hope that helps

Hi. Re-visited machine today. Disconnected door lock and pump. Machine still shows same fault. Serial number of module is 608130717 SW: Micro Ver 8.44.0 Code: 215009097.00.
Eeprom is fixed to board.RickT

Hi.
Although fault F11 is displayed, the pump itself and power to it are fine. This fault only occurs after the machine has finished the programme, door opened and then closed again. Without touching any buttons, one of the relays activates (clicks) and a second or so later lights 1,3 and 4, pump and fan motor activate and machine can only be turned off by disconnecting from wall socket.RickT

ParticipantRe: Hoover D821
Thanks for reply. I’ll try the ‘O’ rings. Never had this problem on any other makes that use this similar system (Bosch, Whirlpool to name two).

ParticipantRe: Hoover D821
Come across this old thread in my search for an answer. Having same problem. Water is forcing itself out from the ‘o’ ring connection between upper and lower softener units. Have replaced upper softener panel (91670172) in case of a fine crack or faulty seam. ‘O’ rings seam fine. No blockage in salt/resin container. Did find a small piece of plastic caught inside the grey nozzle insert (92694801) at base of sump. However fault still there. Help much appreciated!

ParticipantRe: Tecnik TKL9290 module
Thanks for reply. I was given this number from Connect but was doubtful it was correct as the machine resembles nothing like a Bosch. Can anyone confirm this, as it’s a special order.

ParticipantRe: AEG 3030B-W oven
Hi, I’ve doubled checked. Just one toc at the rear right hand corner, one toc and a thermostat on top on the cooling duct. For testing I bi-passed the rear toc to get the oven up and running.
Thanks Rick -
