i would like to know what servis actually pay as dar pay £32 but what is servis paying them same as half fees.is it worth spending 20 mins or so fault finding with the thought of “this might get wrote off and i am gonna earn £16” just a thought but everyone should value us as our time is money as well as theres.

thanks for reply alan i did this and ordered parts as per dedetrick which is part no bnt78x2432 bloody expensive but the cust said they where correct, when recieved they are similair but not right the ones which came are like a plastic rivet what i need are rubber small bung htings which buffers the inner door glass. it looks like a stoves oven any body any advice?

i do work for a few but only 1 charges me a 12{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} commision on all repairs and sales.to be fair they told me to just add it to the price of the job but i bet the l/lord doesnt know about this surely he already pays a service charge to the letting agent to look after his property normally about 8-12{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the rent then he has another 12{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} on every repair. not right.

changed tonnes of stop buttons on these the centre one normal fault is press it and nothing.even after fitting sometimes gives grief generally i clean all dust and crap off around all connectors and nip them and away it goes but as i said stop buttons prone to failure.

arien in rochdale generally can supply spares dont know the number,but i am sure a philips short bracket fits these from memory.

i think in the past i have used a dry lining wall plug toggle type with 2 legs which splay apart.

reading your post i assume it gets to temp then cuts out and stays off. the machine shows the last recorded temp on defrost.i have had faults like this before gen o/c heater or thermal fuse the cause as it cuts out and waits for temp rise to cut back in if no heater then takes forever and defrosts.

i sympathise with you rob,i was stung with the”phoenixing”of a company whom i bought a whirlpool bath off,installed and it flooded my downstairs £000s of damage,sued the limited company won and they closed and reopened in a slightly different name with the same owner. i was without bath,court fees and damages. it is totally wrong this limited thing i hope you get sorted mate. hopefully he will get judged by his maker!!.
