    Thanks for your reply, does that mean the pins will work were the small nails I used wouldn’t ..

    Just a update as it may help someone else, I did change the hinge bearings as Dave advised, I left i working. customer not been in touch. John

    Hi Dave, correct part fitted, customer tells me after opening the door, they can’t close it, they have to pull the catch back, then it will close again, I haven’t checked it yet.
